❌ Not the start to 2025 I was hoping for…
In my last training of 2024, I injured my LCL, which means I won’t be competing until summer. The next few months will be all about recovery, and I’m working hard to come back stronger. My goal is to get back on the mat in May.
Setbacks are part of the road to the top!
