JUNGLE BIRD ; My favourite cocktail ever, using the local @dropworks.distillery (who I used to work for if you didn't know) barrel drop, pineapple, campari BARKS 75: I love a highball, give me fizzy cocktails all day long, blood orange, hepple gin, saffron, fizz VICTORIA SPRITZ; it's a victoria sponge cake in a glass what more for a birthday, hepple gin, strawberries and cream, lilet rose REBUJITO; Inspired by my first ever hospitality job working for @ambientetapas , this sherry classic has had a face lift, @gonzalezbyassuk tio Pepe, flat 7up, mint foam BAR TUESDAY STARTS FROM 3PM ON FRIDAY 😎

🎂🍾BARKS 1ST BIRTHDAY🎂🍾 With the absolute best first weekend behind us, which I am so grateful for, it's time to turn our attention to the next big thing in the barks calendar We are turning 1! It's hard to think that just about a year ago barks started, since then we have hosted over 20 events, stocked over 450 different wines, closed a shop, opened a new shop and made countless of new friends I can't thank Sheffield enough for allowing me to live my dream job and supporting all the way along! So what better way to celebrate then with a big ol' birthday bash! Featuring, birthday cake, cheese, wine, and cocktails from the hottest thing in town @bartuesday (who you might recognise from our negroni night last year!) Well that was mad! Firstly, We at Bar Tuesday wanna say a huge thank you to @nodc.co.uk for hosting us, they've been great throughout the whole process and couldn't have been more accommodating. Secondly a massive thank you to everyone who turned out across the two days! We sold out both nights within only a few hours which is crazy. You guys drank us out of over 200 margs! The support for our first event was wild and the three of us at tuesday couldn't be more grateful. You guys kept asking us if we had more in store and what was next for Tuesday. Today is the grand opening of our secret-speakeasy Margarita-bar - ‘Staff Only’ - inside the staff room of our secret-speakeasy-wine-bar. We have enlisted the skills of Bar Tuesday, a collective of some of the best cocktail bartenders from the city, to create a menu of unforgettable Margaritas.
