Paano Man Ang Ibig (2025) dir. Cholo Ledesma
Long overdue post of my favorite student production from last year. I could post pictures of the romance, the courtship, and the grand declarations of love sprinkled throughout. But what truly captured me was the tapestry of pure unadulterated joy it managed to produce.
From the lights, to the set, to how each line was sung and acted with so much heart. A view straight out of a high fantasy movie my dad would watch with me in my childhood.
PMAI you will always have a place in this goblin’s heart.
*bonus video of me doing kalso at the end.
Sisa: Panaghoy ng Pinakamiserableng Babaeng Katha ni Rizal (2026) dir. Dr. Missy Maramara
Felt that these pictures deserve to be seen outside my album graveyard. I also tried a new way of layouting my pictures, feel free to let me know if they work or not.

The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals (2025) by Ateneo Blue Repertory
A lot of posts incoming because I have a shit ton of backlogs and I promised myself I won’t let my desktop the only one who’ll see my pictures anymore.
I started theater photography outside of Ateneo, and whenever I talk to someone they always ask me if I’m part of BlueRep. I wasn’t—until this prod. Since this is my newbie prod for blueRep, instead of doing my usual, I tried to experiment more in hopes of developing my own style. I’d say it’s unsuccessful lmao but I truly did enjoy working on the prod and taking these pictures.
Can I just say the material is so lovely, and speaks so much to my personal taste and sensibilities. I only wish I caught, Rep Workshop’s staging of it earlier this year.

The Bodyguard: The Musical
I got to work on this production as a PR Intern, but I was fortunately given the opportunity to take some pictures for the show. It truly was an honor to be one of the very few people to take photos for the inaugural show of the recently opened Proscenium Theater by Rockwell.
Forever in awe of the many people that made this production the show-stopping show that it is. Miss Christine, Sir Matt, Miss Sheena, Sir Vien, Sir CJ, and the many many more talents Philippines and the world has to offer. And to the rest of the production from costumes to sounds, to the SMs and the FOH. And of course to my family in Marketing and PR. Miss Loretta and Miss Reine, thank you for the guidance and the trust.
Hope to see the rest of these people soon!

Took some time to post some of my pictures from Side Show because there’s truly so much to sort through and because I truly can’t pick my favorites
Taking pictures for theater, I always try to make a habit of capturing not just the beauty of the production but also the intention of the people that worked so hard for it to happen. There’s a sense of letting go of control and respecting the way things are meant to be seen, to stop the edits and just take snapshots of the genuine moments. It truly is an exercise in restraint and sincerity, similar to some tenets of photojournalism.
Regardless, working for Side Show has been so fun and memorable. I learned to do things I thought I couldn’t do, and more importantly, that I have it in me to do it. Taking pictures has always been secondary to my work as a marketing person, but I’m glad I took the time to actually be there and contribute to the conservation of the show. It was truly an amazing sight to behold, and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to watch it five, six, seven times.
And to Sandbox Collective, especially to the Marketing and PR Team and to the Socials and Merch Team. Thank you for being my first theater family. I’ll see you guys hopefully soon!
P.S. if there’s anyone out there that can connect me to a theater company, I’d love to take pictures for any productions in exchange for free tickets hehehe. PLEASE IM DESPERATE

Clearing out my storage and saw the pics I took for NSS. This production was my foray into documenting theater (if you don't count Noel). It's truly such a different experience from say capturing an event or a concert.
Most of the pictures wasn't posted so it's nice to see them finally see the light of day!

What an honor to watch my favorite artist tear it up on stage. First time taking pictures on a concert, lots of stuff I learned as well (be early, ur very short so ur 5’5 ass need to be in front). Couldn’t really get proper pictures because I was just so busy vibing throughout the one and a half hour concert. Regardless, a definite highlight of this year!
