Thank you to everyone who stopped by the pop-up at Pizza Coming Soon last night! It truly means so much to me. This was my first time cooking in a real kitchen, and it was such a special experience. Normally, when I do my Thai Night pop-ups, I’m cooking everything on a little camping stove—so stepping into a proper kitchen felt like such a big moment for me.
I’m so grateful for the opportunity and excited to keep learning and growing in the food industry. Huge thank you to my friend @chef.billyboi for letting me work with him—I feel so honored to collaborate with such a talented chef and learned so much from this experience.
Big thanks as well to @barsodalite for the amazing collaboration and to the entire team and staff for being so kind and supportive. You all made me feel so welcome and helped me so much throughout the night.

Hello hello! Bar Sodalite is back after a little break (Billy left us for island life). But he’s back—and this time, he’s teaming up with @k.a.o.g.a.n.g , a Thai night pop-up bringing bold, home-cooked flavors of Thailand to Vancouver! 🇹🇭🔥
Sai will be serving up dishes packed with spice, soul, and street food vibes, working with Billy on a special one-night-only collaborative menu. And of course, fun cocktails and a nice little wine selection by Tadia. Expect a night of great food, good drinks, and good vibes 😎 Stay tuned for the menu drop! 🍜🍛🍹
