Todas las clases se tienen que reservar con antelación por web o a través de nuestra app
Puntualidad ⏱️
Para evitar inconvenientes, procura estar en el estudio 10-15 minutos antes; llegar tarde puede impedir tu acceso a la clase
Higiene🫧
Por motivos de higiene es necesario traer una toalla pequeña para proteger el mat, puedes usar cualquier toalla que tengas a mano o si prefieres comprar una de las nuestras en recepción
Móviles 📵
Para cuidar la experiencia de todos el uso de móviles no esta permitido en clase, ni grabar ni responder a mensajes
Así preservamos la privacidad de quienes no desean aparecer en videos y garantizamos que disfrutes de 1 hora solo para ti, libre de distracciones
Cancelaciones ✖️
¿No puedes asistir? ¡Sin problema! Puedes cancelar tu clase con un mínimo de 5 horas de antelación para no perder tu crédito

A tale of two cities, one teacher training 🪄
This past weekend we hosted two separate barre certifications in some of our favourite European cities: Prague and Lisbon 🇨🇿🇵🇹
@sidonie.depodebrady & @sylviaanguer_fit took our barre course on the road to share our experience and knowledge with some amazing international groups of women
It’s an especially sweet feeling that our host studios are alumni of our own teacher training, so their studios feel like home ❤️🩹
Petra just opened @opiium_studio_prague and Isabel just opened her second @house.of.barre
We’re so proud of you both!
