We had a bittersweet goodbye to our Scottish dancing diva Neave earlier in the year and this is a little suprise she left behind. Strawberries and Cream Scorpino, a little sweet treat to ease the bitterness. A silky fresh strawberry sorbet topped with a generous dollop of whipped coconut cream. So delicious and yummy and only available at Bar planet for the next two weeks so dance over.
