Bar Normal is driven by a team that bridges bartending, design, construction, and manufacturing.
Founded in 2019 by Justin (
@Justin_chan0564 ), who previously worked as a bartender at W Hotel Guangzhou, Bar Normal was created to address an industry-wide challenge: limited coordination between bartenders, designers, contractors, and equipment suppliers—often leading to less-optimized bar workflows and workstations. Bar Normal was born to turn these challenges into integrated, functional bar systems.
Supporting this foundation is Ming (
@ming_f25 ), a widely recognized bar industry veteran and founder of A Bar Has No Name (
@abarhasnoname.sh ), with extensive leadership experience across top international hotels and award-winning bars, including The Peninsula, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, InterContinental and Hope & Sesame. A multiple-time global and regional cocktail competition champion, Ming brings operational precision, professional standards, and a global perspective to Bar Normal’s systems and workflow philosophy.
