Very much enjoyed mixing the new Appleton single “falling into you “ - I can’t believe it’s been 23 years since their last record . Also looking forward to their upcoming piano room with the BBC concert orchestra.

An amazing experience seeing Wetleg play the Royal Albert Hall in London. Still remember seeing them for one of their first gigs at Chalk in Brighton, when they were pretty unknown - 2 days after their first album launched. It was epic and you knew they were going to be huge. Tonight didn’t disappoint and still the most incredible range of fan demographic - really young to silver haired indie / punk lovers ( a bit like me). Killing it Teasdale!

I’m not entirely convinced about the acoustic benefits to my listening position but she’s beautiful .

It seems like only yesterday that I started my musical journey at Miloco in Hoxton Square and last Friday was the company’s 40th year in business although I didn’t start working till around 1991 . I’m very proud of the part I’ve played in so many records and hopefully helping other engineers and assistants along the way . Check out the amazing video @milocostudios . Here’s to another 40 !

2023 gave us one of the best Barnet harvests yet. Was a year round supply of deliciousness. We had lettuce, courgette, cucumber, tomatoes, garlic, shallots, spring onions, French beans, rhubarb, chilli, aubergine, peppers, beetroot, corn, apples, grapes, carrots, broccoli, a steady supply of potatoes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, nasturtium and herbs galore. Almost time to plant out this years seedlings.

Think this is the most beautiful tree we have had. Who knew @waitrose did trees! Pete drove past and saw it from the street and we went back to get it! Love at first sight.
