There are some sites that just feel different — and this is one of them.
Tucked within Broadbeach Waters’ Golden Triangle, DAAS Estate sits surrounded by water, wrapped in greenery, and filled with a quiet calm that’s hard to put into words. You can feel it the moment you step onto the land — peaceful, private, and completely its own.
For Sam and me, this land has always been special. We both grew up around here, going past this block as kids on the water and thinking how incredible it was.
Coming up with the concept for DAAS Estate, and spending the past 12 months immersed in its design, planning, and preparation, has been such a journey — and to now be on site building AXL and Alchemy by BARLOW truly feels like a full-circle moment.
