We have teamed up with @barlasang , Palma de Mallorca’s favourite wine bar.
Known in Mallorca for it’s extensive selection of natural wine & serving up delicious bar food. Expect Mallorcan-inspired plates & Bar La Sang hits, like their Pa Amb Oli’s with Burrata & Anchovies, Sobrasada with Honey & their Frito Mallorquin, inspired from one of their favourite places on the island - bar Can Frau.
All paired with wines hand-selected by co-founder Lukas, including bottles produced with local Mallorcan grape varieties.
ÂŁ65 per person, email [email protected] to book.
Thursday 26th March from 7pm at The Tivoli.
Yes! The rumours are true. We’re returning to the old town — back to where it began.
This new bar (still without a name) is a nod to that time. For those who remember it. For those who missed it.
We’re joining forces with our very own @alocin.nicola.wine & our good friends @cucumberwines to help us out highlight the selection of wines even more.
The official opening is 6 February. Until then, we’ll be opening softly from today — doors open, lights on, wines poured.
Opening hours
Monday–Saturday
19:00–00:00
C/ St Jaume 12,07012, Palma
Cheers to back to the roots. 🥂
This Sunday, 13:00-18:00 Bar Mercantil
. In the very solar plexus of Mallorca’s most coveted vineyards, mountains, and green valleys lies Felanitx—and right in the heart of town, just steps from the church of Sant Miquel, next to the market hall and opposite the town hall, you’ll find the bistro and wine bar where the townsfolk gathers.
Here, people come together for no-fuss home cooking, made with real butter that somehow, quite miraculously, still brings your blood pressure back toward normal, and for artisanal wines with an almost eerie pulling power. The crowd is an easy mix of conscious elders and young cool kids; if you’re lucky, you’ll catch Generation Z in action or glimpse a Scanian farm matron wielding a wooden spoon, her hair in German braids. This Sunday, the Bar La Sang kitchen team in collaboration with Mercantil’s Pernilla Lundgren—a lunch where booking ahead adviced.
