<튜닝 프렉티스>
몸-시간-공간을 조율하는, 김바리의 워크샵.
몸과 춤을 튜닝(조율)해 나가는 간단한 구조의 튜닝프렉티스 방식을 나누고 함께하는 시간을 갖고자 합니다.
움직임이나 즉흥 테크닉 수업이 아닌, 오롯이 몸으로, 자신의 몸과 타인의 몸과 공간, 몸과 몸이 조율되는 춤 스코어의 상태가 궁금하고, 춤/컨택춤으로 함께 수련하고 싶은 분들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.
-날짜: 2026년 5/18(월)-5/22(금)
-시간: 오전 10시- 낮 1시 (3시간)
- 대상 : 무용가 공연자 작업자 컨택춤수련하고 싶은 누구나.
-참가비: 5일 전체 참가: 13만원 / 하루참가: 3만원

몸과 소리, 그림이
즉흥의 흐름 속에서 서로의 곁을 바꾸어 갑니다.
세 명의 연주와 움직임 사이로
박우의 회화는 놓이고, 옮겨지고, 때로는 비워집니다.
빈 이젤과 남겨진 이미지들 사이에서
공간은 매 순간 다른 리듬으로 채워집니다.
움직임은 소리를 따라가기도 하고,
소리는 몸의 방향에 기대어 달라지기도 합니다.
그 곁의 그림들은 하나의 장면처럼 머물다가
다시 새로운 거리와 흐름을 만들어냅니다.
무엇을 보여주기보다
어떤 감각이 잠시 머물다 지나가는 시간을 함께 바라보려 합니다.

I feel a resonance between these images and what’s going on in our bodies. Like water, we are moved and influenced by everything that touches and surrounds us and by dancing, we can move and transform these waters within us.

This workshop explores the dance that arises be tween things and how the body of listening emb races and supports us to move freely, mindfully and bodyfully within non-dualistic states.
Contact improvisation will be danced where the body becomes the very space between with liste ning through the whole body into a deeper inquir y of the textures, attitudes, and methodologies o f in-Betweenness.
The human body itself is a living ecology— a dynamic confluence of elements, states, and fl ows. Within this living system, innumerable dime nsions of betweenness emerge.
Through listening with Contact, Improvisation an d dance, We will engage in a rigorous and experi ential investigation of these inter-relational dynamics-
between bodies, within bodies, and across spac e and time.
