Tastes like a lot of New Zealand hops. Maybe Nectaron & Riwaka even a bit of Mosaic & Idaho-7. We would’ve been ok with some freeze-dried stuff, but this has lots of pineapple & dank tropical fruit flavor! We like it.

Some of you may remember Buri’s Berry Boogie… but around here, we love all our brew cats equally. 😼 So now it’s Kampachi’s turn.
Kampachi Kolsch is our sunny, crisp take on a style we don’t brew very often anymore (but who could forget California Cologne???). Brewed with our Nova yeast strain (normally reserved for our crisp West Coast crushers) and fermented cold. Weyermann Cologne & Extra Pale Pils malts plus classic Saaz hops for that delicate floral finish. 🌾✨
Kampachi Kolsch swims somewhere between classic German elegance and sunny California refreshment. ☀️🍺 Perfect beer to drink on the patio on a warm, sunny day!
