Pakistan’s rising squash stars featured on Rising Pakistan 🇵🇰
Our talented young athletes, Umair Arif, Sohail Adnan, and Mustafa Khan, were invited to the PTV show Rising Pakistan, hosted by the wonderful Sohaib and Sabeen. The BARD Fellows shared their inspiring journeys, future ambitions, and preparations for the 33rd Asian Junior Squash Championship, taking place from 20–24 May 2026 at the Sichuan Panxi Sub-plateau Sports Training Base, Panzhihua, China.
They also highlighted the vital role of BARD Foundation in nurturing young talent, supporting their professional growth, and promoting the future of squash in Pakistan.

Hilal-e-Imtiaz 🇵🇰🇵🇰🇵🇰
Today, while I am here in the mountains of Nepal during the Everest expedition, my mother received the Hilal-e-Imtiaz on my behalf.
A moment I wished I could attend in person.
But somehow it also feels right that I am here — in the mountains. The place that shaped me, tested me and gave meaning to my life.
Seeing my parents standing there with pride and happiness filled me with emotions beyond words.
Behind every summit photo are parents who silently carry the fear, prayers and sacrifices that no one sees.
Today was their moment too.
To my mother, who received this honor for me with tears and strength.
To my father, who stood beside every impossible dream from the very beginning.
Thank you !!!
I am deeply grateful to the Government of Pakistan for this incredible honor and recognition. Representing Pakistan in the world’s highest mountains has always been the greatest pride of my life. 🇵🇰

The MSF/BARD Train the Trainers Camp has successfully concluded. On this special occasion, a “Asian Coach of the Year” cake was also presented to Mr. Fahim Gul.
Faheem Gul’s Train the trainer camp organized by Pakistan Squash Federation and sponsored by Markhor Squash and BARD foundations to uplift our level of training and also fine tune player skills.
