We would like to share a small update regarding our pricing.
Since opening our doors in 2023, Barber Duckee has taken the utmost pride in creating a space for the LGBTQIA+ community and our allies to freely express and embrace themselves through their hair.
Throughout this time, our prices have remained consistent. We have worked very hard behind the scenes to absorb any increases to overheads and operating costs. However, we have reached a point where the introduction of small price increases are necessary.
From April 1st, all of our service costs will increase marginally to reflect raises in operating expenses. This is so we can continue to sustainably provide the quality services and tailored customer experiences our wonderful clients have come to appreciate.
We wanted to be conscious about the timing of this announcement, intentionally avoiding the festive season and the beginning of 2026. We know this can be a costly period, and we hoped to make this transition as gentle as possible.
We want to thank our beautiful clients for your loyalty, trust and support over the past couple of years, and we hope we can continue to make you feel fabulous far into the future!

I am so incredibly excited to announce that this angel human, Atticus (he/him), @atticusthebarber will be joining me and working out of the Barber Duckee space on Sundays and Mondays beginning on the 9th of November.

Atticus is taking all new and existing clients, at this stage my books are still only open to existing clients. Thank you for your understanding.

I want a say a massive thank you for coming through and supporting this venture, I could not be more grateful for the endless love and support that I have received. It wouldn't be possible without you and I feel so lucky to look after you in my little bubble.

2024 has come to an end, I can’t help but reflect on this amazing first full year in my own space as Barber Duckee. Starting this journey as an independent barber was a dream come true, but it’s your trust, support, and energy that have made it truly special.
To every person who sat in my chair this year: thank you for letting me be part of your self-expression. Each style we created together, every conversation, and all the laughs have meant the world to me.
This space isn’t just about hair ,it’s about community. It’s about celebrating individuality and creating an environment where everyone feels like they belong. Seeing this little community grow fills me with so much pride and gratitude.
I couldn’t have done this without you, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead in 2025. More hair transformations, more connections, and more chances to keep growing with all of you.
