This word means to sip in my dialect, but it is also a regional dish where you pour Lambrusco in a broth with Cappelletti.
The inspiration of my drink comes from this dish, where Lambrusco takes over and gives the drink the fruity notes it demands to balance out the oaky and warming notes of the @vecchiaromagna - just like it does with the Cappelletti in the broth.
Sorbir is cocktail intended to be sipped and savoured - not rushed. For me, it is nostalgic. For you, maybe it could be something more.

I can’t believe it has taken me since the launch party of this Brighton cocktail bar to finally make a second visit. @bar50ml , located on St George’s Place, is a cosy Italian aperitivo bar which needs to be added to your list of the best spots for drinks and nibbles in Brighton.
We were particularly lucky because Stef had some tiramisu from @beemaybakery left after it was served at their recent Negroni Jazz Night - not quite a substitute for actually attending the event, which looked lovely, but certainly a good consolation prize.
