3 YEARS! When we started building the stall three years ago we didn't realise how much fun it was all going to be, we thought that maybe our business was a little bit too niche and it wouldn't be very popular or whether the stall was too small. Obviously operating in such a small and old space comes with plenty of challenges but we have definitely had more than an equal amount of rewards. Its been great and we've never looked back since.
We've been blessed with some very entertaining neighbours, some fantastic customers, and lots of brilliant staff. Katy and Erin have been there since the beginning and as anyone knows, they make great food and are a joy to behold!
From Rugby days to hot days and from night markets to rainy days, there is very rarely a dull moment in Cardiff market.
