BAMF! Presents: INVT - a night of panlatino bass music at @wildbuffalo featuring Pax and Cables is Sunday night! Joining the stage will be go-go dancers @lola.lemieux and @rayla.sol ! Vendor Market by @cosmic.thawts opens and 7pm and music starts at 8:30pm.

Cables (@time.for.bed )- a set from Cables promises a multigenre journey through the most playful and powerful avenues of dance music. Specializing in breaks, club, techno, electro, and house; while finding her home in the rhythms of dembow, perreo, and reggaeton, Cables delivers the predictably unpredictable. The Bellingham-based selector is a musical devotee, digging deep into the corners of the internet in search of the sonically strange and irresistible. Her tracklists are carefully crafted to perfectly soundscape the needs of a space, whether that be the intensity of midnight in a dark club, or the soothing rhythms of a sunrise set. Active since 2017, she has performed at venues such as Seattle’s Kremwerk, Summer Meltdown music festival, Bellingham’s Wild Buffalo, and Bellingham Arts & Music festival.

Pax (@esepax ) - Known to his friends as Paco is Music director and resident DJ for @hrvsthouse , an interdisciplinary production company in Seattle. Pax is continually looking for ways to bring history to life in his DJ sets, stemming from his roots in Michoacan, Mexico and his interest in the development of dance music throughout the world. BAMF! Presents: Salami Rose Joe Louis, with support from Sandra Lawson-Ndu Saturday May 20th at The Blue Room! Artist Profiles Salami Rose Joe Louis: A multi-instrumentalist female producer from California and a signee to Flying Lotus's independent label Brainfeeder. Drawing influences from jazz, soul, hip-hop, pop, Shuggie Otis, Captain Beefheart, Stereolab, and R. Stevie Moore, she creates a blend of experimental dreamy sound with jazz influenced vocals and keys. Salami graced the stage back at BAMF! 2018 and has since collaborated with notable names @toroymoi and toured with @alicephoebelou and @homeshake Sandu Ndu: A singer-songwriter, producer and music director that has built her music base in Oakland while performing and touring with her band @BellsAtlas . While her solo sound is experimental at its essence and often sits between genres, her current work embraces Cinematic RnB with hints of Afrobeat. Recently that work considers how exclusion from social storytelling contributes to the myth of monsters. Her debut solo EP will be out spring 2023. Ticket Link in the bio!
