Phase 1 has received a 2026 @RIBA London Award, recognising the transformation of a former industrial waterfront into a new mixed-use neighbourhood for Brentford, in West London.

Set across 12 acres beside the River Brent, The Brentford Project reconnects Brentford High Street with the waterfront through new public spaces, homes, cafés, restaurants and riverside streets. Designed by @ahmmarchitects , @howells_makes and @maccreanorlavington , the RIBA jury recognised the project for its “architectural clarity, urban generosity and civic ambition.”
