Arlington Ballroom LLC, is largest social and ballroom dance studio in Arlington, VA, is looking for instructors to join our team.
We are looking for someone who has: • A strong foundation in one or more of the following dance styles:
Salsa • Bachata • West Coast Swing • Interest and willingness to learn Ballroom and Latin dance formats • A student-first mindset, with care for both students and the studio • Strong time-management skills and reliability • The ability to show up prepared, organized, and ready for lessons • A desire to grow and train as part of a team
Positions available: • Part-time or full-time • Flexible schedules • Growth opportunities within a disciplined, supportive studio culture
We are seeking someone who truly puts students and the studio first, communicates well, manages their schedule effectively, and wants long-term development with a strong team.

Congratulations to Amelia and Miia on an incredible performance at the Washington DC Open DanceSport Championships! At just 5 years old, these amazing girls danced their hearts out alongside their teachers Andrey and Olena in the Teddy Bear Devision competition and placed 🥇 FIRST in all divisions!
