Coffee is delicious, but if itâs the first thing you reach for when youâre dragging, it might be worth digging a bit deeper.
Caffeine feels like it gives you more energy, but it really blocks adenosine (your brainâs fatigue reporter).
You might still be tired, you just canât tell.
So as youâre drinking your favorite coffee, ask yourself:
Did you sleep enough?
Are you eating enough?
Are you doing too much?

Your room is too hot. Your brain is still running tomorrow's to-do list at midnight. Your tracker is stressing you out. Fix one thing this week and see what happens. đ

Your brain is bad at measuring how tired you really are. If youâre consistently getting 6 hours of sleep, try increasing to 7-8 hours each night and see how you feel.

That wall you hit at 3pm isn't a willpower problem. Sleep loss reduces both your performance capacity and the energy reserves you'd use to push through it.
So grinding more or pushing through wonât help. You just need rest.
