From Singapore to Saigon 🇸🇬→🇻🇳
Over a 3-month internship period last year (September–November), we had the pleasure of hosting Samuel and Tae Min, Year 3 students from Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP), Singapore, at our Balance - Ho Chi Minh City branch.
They jumped straight into real client work — from brand identity animation and title sequences, to big brand localisation adaptations — while sharpening their skills in Cinema 4D, After Effects, and motion design.
What stood out most was their curiosity, openness to feedback, and willingness to take ownership of projects. Exactly the mindset we value at Balance.
As Samuel shared:
“I was tasked with many things I thought I would never be able to do — but seeing the final product made it incredibly rewarding.”
And from Tae Min:
“This internship helped me realise that motion design is the industry I truly want to pursue.”
A big thank you to Nanyang Polytechnic for the Overseas Internship Programme, and to the lecturers for their continued support and guidance throughout the internship period. Huge appreciation as well to our Balance team, whose close mentorship made this experience possible.

We’re thrilled to showcase our recent collaboration with TAG Worldwide and Dentsu Creative for Boss Coffee, a project that celebrates the vibrant energy of the Lunar New Year.
This frame-by-frame animated campaign beautifully captures the festive spirit of joy, togetherness, and renewal. At its heart lies the red silk motif, gracefully flying through the scenes, guided by a bird that symbolizes the arrival of spring. The animation weaves these elements seamlessly to carry the essence of the season and the uplifting message of sharing Boss Coffee during this cherished time.
The project’s scope included creating a fully animated iTVC in multiple sizes and adaptations, catering to both horizontal and vertical formats. Additionally, we developed a series of striking key visuals (KVs) to enhance the campaign’s impact across platforms.
