The stars from our first ever cooking class! What a blast! Thanks for coming everyone. This is some of the most fun I have had since coming back to the states — tasty too. So much laughter and good cooking. Hope to see y’all next time : )

Dumplings are a great make-ahead meal! You can make hundreds and freeze them. Cook from frozen and you have an instant protein and flavor boost to any soup or meal. I often have a bunch in my freezer
