I didn't get the rise I had hoped for; should have pushed bulk fermentation longer (did around 12 hours). But it's all part of the learning experience.
The seeds add a nice texture and taste to it.

Baking two seeded sourdough bread on this early Tuesday morning.
Using a combination of bread flour and whole wheat rye flour and a whole wheat rye starter.
The seeds, mixed in during the coil folds and added on top before putting in the bannetons, are a combination of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts.

As I'm going on vacation in a few days, I don't need bread myself. So these loaves were given away. The crumb of the one I got to cut open myself look quite beautiful.
