Big loaf energy! (Swipe to see its full size!) Darryn baked our rye bread recipe as one huge loaf in the 12x12x40 Pullman pan and this absolute whopper weighed in at over 4kg once baked. Dense, hearty and packed with seeds, it’s the kind of loaf that keeps you going. Perfect for batch baking, the loaf was sliced up, with half frozen ready to pull out a slice at a time. Pip's first attempt at sourdough focaccia! Full of flavour, with a crispy crust and a soft, melt-in-the-middle crumb. Lunch is sorted! 🌞 Using the delicious Olio Angelino olive oil (plenty of it!) The topping is a mixture of fresh tomatoes, olives, spring onions, tomato purée, more olive oil, salt, cheddar cubes and pizza herb seasoning.
