EP 5: The moment everything we’d been working towards finally became real 🤯 From long nights, constant setbacks and last minute fixes right up until opening, this day put us through it. Seeing the doors open, people pulling up, feeling the energy in the room and experiencing Baked Bird for the first time made every stressful moment worth it.
This wasn’t just about opening a shop, it was about backing the vision, trusting the process and committing to building something that actually lasts.

From a small kitchen to multiple locations across London, this journey has been built on risk, consistency and belief. We started with family and friends backing us, hired our first team member early on and built a team that is still with us today.
From festivals and community events to opening our first units in the City, every year has played a part in getting us here.
