When I look back on where this all started, it still feels unreal. A small dream for one lunch spot turned into years of growth, change, and so many lessons. None of it would exist without the people who chose to build it beside me.
Our management team may not always be on camera, but they are the backbone of everything we do. This strong group of women brings heart and grit to every part of our journey. They lift us up, carry our vision, and make each space feel like home. I am so lucky and proud to have them.
As the holidays arrive, I cannot help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude for how far we have come and for the community that has supported us through every chapter. I am so proud of this team of women and so thankful to walk through the years with them.
