Hours of planning, coordination and craftsmanship go into this stage before a single pour takes place. Once the slab is down, most of the work will never be seen again, but it’s the details that define the quality of the finished build.

Defined by clean lines and natural textures, the home draws inspiration from the Beachcomber typology, combining robust concrete forms with warm spotted gum timber.
Large operable doors and blade walls invite sunlight, fresh air, and seamless movement between indoors and out.
