2026 means 5 years as @bahutstudio and 10 years of collaboration. Our first project together, the visual identity for the exhibition Start Up. Quattro Agenzie per la Produzione del Possibile was designed back in 2016. We’ll keep scheduling and eating healthy meals, thanks @jimothylacoste for inspiring us back then (even though this one is from 2018).

Hidden collections @museonazionaleromano 15/10/25-11/01/26 Curated by #alessandrodandinidesylva Book published by @quodlibet_edizioni Architectural fragments, Temple of Portunus, Fortuna Virile, masked film negative 112x147cm print “Everything that was painted red or yellow, or covered with cardboard or other materials to ‘cut out’ the subject, would remain white in the final print, thus eliminating all the information that, in the original shot, surrounded the artefact. In short, I had found artefacts that had not only been selected and preserved, but that also bore the marks of an operation of exclusion — of erasure carried out to preserve only the information considered most important.” “Tutto quello che veniva verniciato di rosso o giallo, o coperto con cartoncini e altri materiali per “scontornare” il soggetto, sarebbe rimasto bianco nella stampa finale, eliminando così tutte le informazioni che, nello scatto originale, circondavano il reperto. Avevo trovato insomma dei reperti che, non solo erano stati scelti e conservati, ma essi stessi mostravano i segni di un’operazione di esclusione, di cancellazione funzionale alla conservazione di informazioni ritenute più importanti.”

Our new website and new identity are out now. Designed by @bahutstudio this new visual direction reflects Set Architect’s core principles in architecture and design: essential, archetypal, and non-generic. The renewed logo and website are central to this shift, echoed across printed materials and presentations. set-architects.com

BOOK LAUNCH: Andrea Martinucci (@andreamartinucci ) - 5 secondi At Triennale Milano (@triennalemilano ) 20.05.2025 H 18.30 Speakers: Lisa Andreani (@kellyykelly___ ), independent curator and PhD researcher at IUAV University of Venice; Andrea Martinucci (@andreamartinucci ), visual artist; Edoardo Visalli (@edoardovisalli ), founder of Bahut studio in Rome and editor at Arbor Editions Moderator: Damiano Gullì, Curator for Contemporary art and public program at Triennale Milano, and contributor to the book Like a flipbook, the volume—published by Arbor Editions and curated by Lisa Andreani—invites readers to reflect on the possibility of pausing, slowing down, and letting go. This is precisely what happens in 5 secondi, the work that gives the book and the exhibition—presented at the Fondazione Baruchello (@fondazione_baruchello ) in Rome—their title. Martinucci documents an action performed in a public space. The central gesture—a simple fall—is broken down into one hundred and twenty frames, revealing the transformative potential of a fleeting instant. On one side, the volume gathers a polyphony of voices — Maria Alicata (@maria_alicata ), Lisa Andreani (@kellyykelly___ ), Damiano Gullì in conversation with the artist, Serena Schioppa (@serenaschioppa ), and Carla Subrizi (@carlasubrizi )— who reflect on the meaning and perception of a minimal span of time. On the other, it presents the artist’s exhibition project in the form of a cinematic flipbook and a record that emerges from the pages.
