A lot’s changed since this dough first hit the table.
But the process never did.
This dough has seen a lot.
Burnout. Growth. Mistakes. Sellouts. Slow days. Packed mornings.
But somehow we’re still here.
Still hand made.

The hardest part isn’t the 1 AM alarms, the heat, or the grind. It’s the sound of a house waking up without me every Saturday. I miss the smiles, the breakfasts, the little moments that make life full. And still, I love what I do. I’m proud of what me and the team have built from nothing. But sometimes, even success feels like a sacrifice.
I was just thinking about @korshak.bagels.poetry and how much I loved the beautiful poetry they shared. This is my own version of that, an honest look at the weight behind the work. Because meaning doesn’t live in the highlight reel, it hides in the honesty we’re willing to share.
