Ciao a tutti! We’re hiring for two full time position ideally starting in June. Salary starting at real living wage (£13.45/hour) based on experience, with mostly day time hours, paid holidays and paid breaks with staff food and drinks provided, training and financial help with relocation if you need it. Also the Summer in the East Neuk is pretty dreamy too, just ask around. • KP/Kitchen Assistant. You’ll be in charge of keeping the kitchen side in tiptop shape, and help with prep jobs during the quiet times. This role would suit someone keen to enter the kitchen world from the ground up, keen to learn and looking to become a part of a solid team. - Front of House Supervisor. We’re looking for someone with experience and a strong sense of hospitality to join the front of house team. Drinks knowledge preferred, but we love a wine tasting so plenty training provided don’t you worry. The ideal candidate will also be leading our events and dinners so pretty exiting role to develop into! Look look look it’s the green gem of the forest at its prime! It’s got a lot of names but here are just a few: allium ursinum, wild garlic, ramsons, cowleekes, cows’s leek, cowleek, buckrams, broad-leaved garlic, wood garlic, jimmy, bear leek, eurasian wild garlic, onion grass, or bear’s garlic.
