Smack Young Walser (
@baebarbee ) is a fiddler who was born and raised in the twin cities old time music community. He can be found playing hornpipes at local jams and square dances. Smack will be hosting the Friday night jam, and will also be fiddling on April 5 for the afternoon dance.
Sarah Cagley is a talented multi-instrumentalist, singer, and clogger. Sarah has been responsible for introducing countless great people to old time music and dance and we are so grateful for all she does! Sarah will be co-hosting the jams on Thursday and Friday night, and playing guitar on April 5 for the afternoon dance.

@samueljoeseph Timmreck enjoys fiddle music of all kinds, playing old time tunes with friends, square dancing, and can be found playing music most tuesday nights with the waxwing stringband at the Waldmann brewery in St. Paul. Sam will be co-hosting the morning jam on Saturday, April 5.
Award-winning guitarist Bill Cagley is a talented and versatile musician and prolific jam leader. He learned music in Waterloo and Iowa City, Iowa, by listening to recordings and playing with such masters as Al Murphy and Bob Black. He has been a full-time professional musician since 1987. Brenton Haack is a singer and multi-instrumentalist who can be found playing with Waxwing Stringband.

Rob Daves is a Twin Cities clawhammer banjo teacher. He played for the Wild Goose Chase Cloggers for nearly a decade and currently plays with The Gritpickers Old Time String Band. He’s performed, led jams and conducted workshops at MN Bluegrass festivals for years and looks forward to seeing old and new friends at this first Twin Town Old Time Music Festival. Rob will be co-hosting the afternoon jam on Saturday April 5!
