Over the weekend, after seeing #neverfingerbangawendigo at a Pennsylvania drive-in, we visited the Jason Miller bust in Scranton to pay respects.
Not only did Miller star in “The Exorcist,” one of the greatest movies of all time, he won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and a Tony Award for Best Play for “That Championship Season,” which was set in Scranton. The movie version of “That Championship Season” was also filmed in Scranton. Highly recommend checking it out, great underrated movie with an all star cast.
Also, the bust was sculpted by his friend Paul Sorvino, the actor who played Paulie in Goodfellas, who also appeared in “That Championship Season.”
