Race Report for ASBR Series Race #4, Yakima State Fair Park:
Wow, what an incredible weekend! We were excited to see what this new track had in store and it did NOT disappoint! This course is big but soooo smooth. We had a great weekend running here and didn't have any issues. Thankfully we were able to get the hull dinged back out after our off track excursion in Lewiston just a couple of weeks prior. Steve and Ben worked around the clock to get everything ready and we were able to pick right back up where we left off. Our times got better and better each run, but we still weren't quick enough and ended up taking home another 2nd place. That checkered flag is getting so close we can taste it!
This new venue at State Fair Park is next level! Thank you to everyone involved in developing the track and bringing our sport to Yakima. It was an amazing track and the support here was off the charts. You could tell how hard everyone worked to put this together and we appreciate it so much!
Also, thank you to ASBR Pro Racing Series for another great event. If it weren't for you, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. From the officials, to the island hoppers and everyone else in between-THANK YOU! We also want to thank all of the photographers and media crew for their hard work; making us look good can be a tough job đ
HUGE shout out to our amazing crew; Jason, Lisa, Ben and Spencer. You guys kept us going all weekend without a single hiccup. We are truly grateful to have such a devoted crew. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.
Thank you to our sponsors, Cobalt Computer Services Inc. and JetSpeed LTD. We also want to thank all of our friends, family, and fans for the words of encouragement and support. We seemed to recruit some new fans this weekend, which is always great!
We will be racing at Webb's Slough this weekend, and our last race will be in Port Angeles on the 6th and 7th of September. Stay tuned for more content! Let us know in the comments if there is anything you'd like to see from us (behind the scenes, Facebook live videos, etc). We want to hear from YOU!

Race report(s) for ASBR Series race 2 and 3:
Race 2 of the ASBR series found us in Port Angeles at ESP on July 26th and 27th. The weather was cool but the racing was hot! The rotation was fast and had us wake surfing in a few spots but we were able to maintain consistency all weekend and ended up taking home 3rd place.
Race 3 brought us to the new track in Lewiston at ECMX Park the following weekend. These quick turnarounds are not for the faint of heart! This rotation was very short, so we were throwing down low 30 second runs all weekend. Again, we were consistent with our runs and times and the boat was dialed in! We were sitting in P2 all weekend with hopes to catch Eric in the 180 Jolly Rogers boat, who was about .5 seconds ahead of us. We laid it all on the line in the 2 cut but unfortunately clipped an island and ended up with a bumpy off track excursion. We were still able to podium with a second place, but not without a price.
We are currently making repairs and plan to be ready for the next ASBR series race in Yakima on 8/16-8/17. Thanks to our amazing crew for keeping us running through all of this madness. Ben, Jason, Lisa, Spencer; you guys are rockstars and we canât do this without you. Our amazing Jetspeed hull took quite a hit, but kept us in good shape and is handling repairs well.
We will be ready for Yakima and hope to see you all there!!

Thatâs a wrap on our second race of the season! We were able to advance a little further than our last race and took home 2nd place this weekend.
We had a couple of stumbles here and there but were able to get the boat tuned in a bit more and back on track. Minor tweaks can sure make a world of difference sometimes! The boat is handling very well and we are beyond thrilled with the changes we have made to our motor.
Thank you again to our amazing crew, Ben and Lisa. Scott stepped in to help us this weekend while Jason was away for a very important family function. We can not do what we do without the support of our crew, family and fans.
Also-Big thanks to Webbâs Slough for another great event. It was a great day, even with the wind and cooler weather. This rotation was a lot of fun and thankfully we didnât need any help from the island hoppers :)
We look forward to hitting the water again at Extreme Sports Park on July 26 and 27. Who knows, maybe that will end with a đ this time ;)
