Can’t believe it’s been 1 year already. I want to thank you all for all your support, all the laughs, all the creativity, all the interactions on social media, all the dm’s of same day collections/drop offs (please order in advance it helps me a lot). You guys and same day collections/drop offs are in a chokehold. Starting a brand on your own with no help, no guidance, just trial and error with everything, also whilst studying a masters degree, studying for other things, working a 9-5, working another job. Hustlers don’t stop they keep going. I’ll be looking to expand soon, this one man band isn’t easy, I think I need a team of bosses. I remember thinking about what I was going to launch. I can’t remember who said why don’t you add womenswear, whoever you are I want to say thank you. The blue women’s set has been my biggest selling point and to be honest, I wasn’t even going to launch with it. I can’t wait to bring both menswear and womenswear some new and exciting things this year, some new colourways, some new designs and pieces that actually have meaning. This hasn’t been an easy year at all, probably one of my hardest, but this brand kept me going, as well as all of my customers. Just know that I do it all for you. What does BACO UK mean? I gave it two meanings. The first meaning being play on words for “boss”. Capo = Baco. The second meaning is my name and “co”is for community. Remix the two, you have Baco. From my head, to my notes page, to reality. If you’re looking for a sign to start, just start. I hope you’ll all continue to rock with me on this journey, thank you once again.
