RAMP BIALY SPECIAL 4/25-4/26
Ramp schmear piped into a bialy with pickled ramps on top. We’re trying a new thing and blind baking them with some makeshift weights so we can put a cold filling in after they bake. It’s a work in progress 😂

We brought this to NYC for @bagelfest and it was one of the favorite bites of the competition. Now we’re bringing back to Seattle.
Bagel of your choice, Crab rangoon schmear, plum sauce, chives 🤌 (fortune cookie on the side, of course)
Over the next few days, more than 30 Seattle restaurants are fundraising to support restaurants in the Twin Cities that are struggling to stay open.
I called family in Minneapolis today and asked where help is needed most. They shared a list of restaurants that have been hit especially hard, and we will be purchasing gift cards from them directly to help keep them afloat.
We are not in a position to close for the shutdown, but we will be donating 10% of all sales this Friday from both shops.
This industry is tough, and moments like this remind us we are not in it alone. Proud to stand with so many restaurants showing up to help. Thank you @spicewaala for organizing. ❤️ 🥯
