🌸 JOIN OUR FLOWER FARM! 🌸
By now you all know that our little family has recently expanded. As we learn to navigate our new jobs as parents our business ambitions need to keep up. We decided it’s finally time to grow our team along with our family.
We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on person to join our flower farm two days per week (usually Wednesdays and Thursdays), with the option of a third day in busy seasons. This is a self‑employed role with the chance to become full‑time and employed next year for the right candidate.
We’re a young family‑run flower business that’s grown fast over the last two years, now supplying over 100 high‑end florists in the wedding and events industry. Every stem we cut is harvested, conditioned, and presented to the highest standard.
Our 3‑acre farm includes over 1,000 m² of flower beds, gardens, and polytunnels — and we’re set to quadruple production in the next five years! We’re looking for a confident all‑rounder to join us, grow with us, and support our evolving team.

Hello again. I was gearing up to make a 2025 wrap to commemorate all the wild changes that the year brought, but then Patrick’s Instagram went viral once again (one of the many wild developments from last year 😅), and oops — now I have over 1,000 of you lovely people joining me here in the last 24 hours. What do I say now? Hello? Thank you?
Paloma Reich ❤️
The love of our lives entered this world at 23:20 on 28.11.25 directly into her daddies arms in the comfort of our home.
The most intensely raw experience and a wild 8 hour ride. I was endlessly loved and supported for every second of it by my incredible husband @paten.onkel and somewhat unexpectedly our beautiful labradoodle Moishe.
Our dreams for this soft, unmedicated, no interventions landing would have never been possible without the wisdom and strength of our incredible independent midwife @t_blooming_marvellous_midwife . Forever grateful.
Birth is far from peaceful, it’s never perfect and as we now know - totally wild. But we wouldnt have it any other way.

Recapping autumn. Lovely small autumnal wedding in beautiful and secluded @almonrybarnsomerset .
Most of you will know that our business is 99% focused on growing our flowers and wholesale and we so very rarely say yes to any floristry work. But when a very lovely, very local client reaches out and understands our ethos who are we to say no.
This wedding was made all the more special by being entirely supplied from our own farm and marking the end of our growing and selling season for 2025.
The entire palette and look was guided and inspired by the mesmerising @floretflower zinnias. An expanded range of Floret specials is being added to the farm for 2026 and we cannot wait!

I think it’s time. It’s time to officially close out this season. To be honest, it’s been fairly closed for us for a month already, but who’s checking…
It has been magical. Honestly. After the “baptism by fire” first season last year, surely anything would feel easier, but this season has surpassed our expectations nonetheless. Although it was certainly not easy, and not without horrific challenges, it just all worked out. Don’t be fooled though — I still managed to kill even more plants and failed at even more tasks than last year, but this time I didn’t sweat over it.
Keeping record for when times get tough again — 2025 season highlights include: • We grew the best ranunculus I ever did see • Our flowers were featured in amazing work by @poppysturleyflowers at the Chelsea Flower Show • Our client base has grown beyond imagination and now includes floristic artists I couldn’t even dream of working with. A few “pinch me” moments getting orders from long-term flower crushes 🥹 • We made a tiny, tiny but mighty profit (yay!) • And while I grew some flowers, @paten.onkel kept growing our family. One gorgeous goat and fluffy omelet maker at a time, we now have our own adorable animal kingdom. And he didn’t stop there — he somehow convinced me we need a real human baby too! While I may have been carrying our future child this whole season, Patrick carried all of us. None of the above would have happened without my amazing husband. (Although I might take full credit for the ranunculus 😅)
Thank you all for yet another wild ride! Here’s to the next season — may it be filled with the cutest baby laughter, plenty of flowers, and many more failures to learn from.
As I finish off growing our baby, I endeavour to finally offload a million and one beautiful photos of this season. Stay tuned.
We’ve been busy growing a little more than just flowers this year. This season is gradually winding down preparing to welcome our best flower yet.

July came and went, just as my ability to post regularly. Here are some snippets of this heat fuelled madness.
Anyone else out there dreaming of cosy autumn and snug winter on the daily? I have never been a summer person really but winter was definitely not on the list until we started this journey…
Weather… weather, weather, weather… What wouldn’t I give to be a normal civilian this summer. Must be nice eh?
Is anyone planning on having flowers in August? Dare I ask - September? Our soil is physically fried and so are we. And it’s really just July?
While it lasts I am certainly obsessed with that nicotiana - daucus combo. Majestic chocolate queens of summer. Third time is the charm and maybe next year I will crack the succession code and won’t lose hundreds of plants to deer and drought. Here is to hoping.

Solstice weekend spent admiring pockets of abundance on and off the farm.
This week promising to be a calm and cool reset ahead of me entering a new chapter and diving into my 30s in a week.
Happy new week of flowering 🤍
