Full circle moment.
I had the honor of speaking to undergraduate business students in the Applied Business Communications class at my alma mater, Cal Poly Pomona.
There’s something special about being back on campus—not as a student this time, but having the opportunity to give back to a place that gave me so much.
Sharing a few lessons I’ve picked up along the way, talking about real-world communication, and (hopefully) helping the next generation feel a little more prepared for what’s ahead.

Honestly, it felt a little surreal last night.
Celebrating the United States right now….when it’s a country I barely recognize…felt…complicated.
But leave it to the women to breathe life back into us.
To remind us what grit, unity, and heart actually look like.
To give us fuel to keep fighting for the country we believe in.
Had the chance to catch the USA 🇺🇸 vs. Chile 🇨🇱 match at UCSB, and it was such a blast.
Huge thanks to Dr. Karalyn for the opportunity to watch these women leave it all on the field.
If a game can make you feel more connected, more alive, and more hopeful for our country—then you did your job, @USWNT . 👏⚽️

Yesterday was one for the books. By day, watched our oldest play in a college Ultimate Frisbee tourney as a high schooler, and by night, went to the sold out benefit concert for @khksb at the @arlingtontheatre featuring @annewilsonmusic and @tyronewellsofficial with our youngest.
So fun to see so many of our church family there too…everytime I turned around, there was someone I knew to share a hug! 🤗
Light beats out darkness…everytime. 🙌🏼🫶🏼🙏🏼.
