Now that Record Store Day is behind us and you may or may not have supported an independent record store, please support independent record labels.
Independent labels work hard to get behind and release music for bands and individuals they dig, a lot of times for very little or no financial gain. Most small indie labels, like ours, are started and run due to a passion for the music and the scenes surrounding it.
We still have copies of the this is it… comp available. Maximum Rocknroll said “this is a fucking outstanding representation of current Middle West bands, and you’d be foolish to let this pass.” Find it at backacherecords.com (link in bio). We also have more stuff in the works that is going to be killer.
Also support our friends @indolent_records and @jefftownrecords . There are many other great small indie labels who would could use your support to keep putting out records.
And support local and regional bands by going to shows and buying their merch. Show them the love they deserve.
