The township said that “ Motocross is NOT an outdoor recreational activity” 🤯🤯 also…township supervisors CAN NOT change the law…SUPERVISOR ALBERTsays right HERE that they COULD ALLOW us to RIDE per the Judges order! Shortly after he made a public address in regards to a settlement offer we were told per township solicitor that there is NO WILLINGNESS to compromise. None. The intention of the court was for the township to handle this while we wait on a ruling. They baited us into believing they would follow judge Zulicks direction and allow our children to ride in their backyard BUT they BLATANTLY LIED…they won’t allow the boys to ride
We were honored to have one of the most respected and influential action sports athlete @travispastrana in the world representing the back9 and our fight to get us back on track…they had the audacity to cut the call short and block the IEP address. Luckily his voice was heard bc he was able to call back on my cell and use speaker phone. THANK YOU Travis for your support and encouraging the township to SETTLE and compromise.
