Emerging in the late 90s, Deadly Venoms were created to spotlight elite female MCs in a male-dominated scene. Built through a strict audition process, the collective united ten powerful voices, each bringing their own style, grit, and identity. Backed by Wu-Tang Management and shaped by producers Storm and Russ Prez, the mission was clear: match (and outshine) any crew in the culture. In 1998, members Champ MC, J-Boo, N-Tyce, and Finesse made their official debut with The Antidote, a project packed with raw lyricism, street realism, and that unmistakable Wu-Tang energy. The album stood as a bold statement against the industry’s dismissal of women in hip-hop, proving skill and presence know no gender. We are proud to announce we have the KGB in the house, indeed after years of whispers, the once-mythical album from Wu-Tang affiliates KGB (Klik Ga Bow) is finally getting an official release. Emerging from Coney Island, the crew began with Asiatic (Adriatic), DJ Kin (Kinny Kin), and Ill Knob (Knowledge), later expanding with Raheem&Red/Infa-Red. In the late ’90s, they carved out a reputation in the underground, merging Wu-Tang’s raw edge with Brooklyn’s unforgiving lyrical style.The group moved within the same orbit as Deadly Venoms and MMO, managed by John “Mook” Gibbons under the Wu-Tang/Protect Ya Neck Records banner. They were part of the early Poison Clan Posse, a Wu-linked collective that never fully stepped into the spotlight despite its potential. Now their long-lost full album called Win, Lose or Draw is finally getting, and for the first time ever, a proper Vinyl (2LP, Album), CD (Glass mastering/Pro Press) & Cassette tape release. This album contains several mid 90's KGB unreleased tracks and a couple of songs taken from their 12"s, all of this material recorded between 94 and 96 was supposed to be used for their Win, Lose or Draw unreleased album,  some bonus tracks have been added as well (such as Pick Up The Pace, Freek Tha Flo) to make it a 15 track project. The album features Champ MC from the Deadly Venoms, Trigga (MMO, The Gunslinguz), Dennay Riley. Let's announce the second Bomb release here ; and yo! this one is much darker and hardcore. We are proud to announce we have Al Katraz The Xile & Antlive (of MF911) in the house for/with their supa heavy album called The Serum (1997), that was only released on tape format at the time, and now, for the first time ever, pressed on Vinyl & CD formats! 100% Hardcore, street shit, with some incredible Boom Bap productions (cooked by Antlive). You can't beat this,  ILL Release. And nice contrast with the UNO's album, but still you will hear some conscious lyrics in this one. On a side note, for those you knew this album you will notice we have removed a track, that was less good in our humble opinion, to replace it with an mid 90's unreleased Heat that fits the project better. Some word from Antlive (of MF911) about this album: "I met Al Katraz aka Roq Z in 1996 after he bought studio time. I was so impressed by him because he embodied all the skills of a top east coast New York Mc being from Detroit. I offered Roq the opportunity to record an album together in a similar fashion like Cuban Links. I would do the beats & he would rhyme with my assistance. In 1997 we released the Serum." Antlive is a Detroit Hip Hop Veteran and with his group MF911 (Mega Force 911 or Mother Fucking Emergency) they put Detroit on the map, way before Eminem or Jay Dee. Doublevision is composed of Bean One (the producer), Page 3 & X.Troydinaire (the two Emcees). In 1999 they put out their first and last album called 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑌𝑒𝑎𝑟 𝑇𝑤𝑜 𝐺𝑒𝑒, a real Gem that was only pressed on CD format at the time.  This solid project captures the sound of an era and how the 206 sounded back then. 18 tracks album, pure Heat, Boom Bap, Conscious, Hardcore styles, just as we like it. On a side note: Bean One produced for many talented Artists such as Living Legends, Macklemore, Black Sheep, Jurassic 5, Supernatural, X Clan, Rasco, Source of Labor, Nomad, The Silent Lamb Project,  just to name a few. Also, in this album you will clearly hear the Do The Math influences, this is because Bean One and Vitamin D were connected, D is mentioned in their shout too. For more than two decades I had been making beats, however most part of time I only kept it for me and my friends (btw Yo & Pit, BIG UP my Brothers, you were my first listeners). That's why I asked Michel what he thought about it (btw Azaia I see you Brotha, Big UP). Michel said to me that the Vibes were amazing and that this album deserved to be released on vinyl. Sup y'all ?! We are back with another B2DS release ! Indeed, we are proud to announce that we got The Bedouin in the house. The Bedouin is a group from San Jose comprised of Tape Mastah Steph; the Producer (who was DJ for Stones throw Records at the time and who produced for a lot of Bay Area well known rap groups), and the two main Emcees/Lyricists:  Mozam & K Swift. With their early / mid 90s project called "The Missing Link" which is a long EP (or can be considered as an album, officially called Mini Album because it has more than 6 tracks  - 7 to be exact - but it's a bit under 30 mins length), they bring us some True Words of Wisdom. This is an incredible Spiritual release that we had to put out before the end of times, it's the final call. This project is 100% prophetic !  I'll ask you to pay attention to the lyrics please. The Missing Link EP/ mini album was only pressed on tape format in 1998 (self released) a few years after the tracks had been recorded, the title "Missing Link" says it all. I'm sure most of you, my Brothers & Sisters, had never heard about this album before, yet this cassette is highly sought by the Hip Hop tape collectors on discogs, however it has never been sold. Very hard to find tape, it's a real hidden Gem, Holy Grail ! I hope you are ready because this release is far from the average Christian rap you could find out there (just listen to the first track and you will understand why) It goes very deep, and needless to say that those Souls are Godsends.
