SPRING POP-UP AT SIRENE 🧜‍♀️🌟 Ferments, haute cuisine, cocktails and Greek wine — brought together for one night in Berlin. 📍 Bacchus, Flowferments and Chef aan Huis invite you to an intimate pop-up dinner at @sirene_berlin , shaped by seasonal produce, fermentation, fire, flavour and thoughtful pairings. 🍽️ Expect a 4-course menu, one welcome cocktail by @bacchuscocktail and a wine pairing by @inofilosgreekwine . A Curated James Bond–Inspired Cocktail Bar For the evening at Schlosshotel Berlin, a dedicated cocktail bar was curated specifically for the event, using the James Bond films as a narrative framework. The menu referenced iconic moments and drinks from the Bond universe — from the Martini culture introduced in Dr. No to later reinterpretations seen throughout the films — translated into a contemporary cocktail language. Rather than recreating the originals, the focus was on modern balance, technique, and clarity of flavour, while preserving recognisable structures. Each drink functioned as a cinematic reference point: familiar in spirit, yet clearly reworked in execution. D’s Lab — A James Bond–Inspired Cocktail Mission At Schlosshotel Berlin, a private birthday was transformed into an immersive James Bond–themed cocktail experience. Over three hours, multiple groups of 16 guests rotated through a structured workshop format: learning core cocktail fundamentals while completing narrative-driven missions. Each mission required precision, sensory awareness, and informed decision-making — turning theory into action. The experience concluded with a customisation station, where guests personalised their own saffron martini, applying what they had learned in a final, individual expression. Some places already tell a story. Others let you add a new chapter. Last year, during the Lost Art Festival, I built a hidden speakeasy bar in the basement of the former Osramwerk Spandau— a site of industrial pioneer work where lamps were once developed and produced. The bar was open throughout the day, quietly operating beneath the festival and the foodcourt. Technical drawings were projected onto the walls, and old drafting cabinets were transformed into the bar itself — turning the space into a living extension of its history. Every day, I created drinks on site, designed specifically for the space, its past, and the atmosphere it carried. No signage. Just discovery, craft, and presence. Some projects stay loud. At the LostArt Festival the drinks were structured around clear aromatic profiles — not as decoration, but as a decision-making system. The aroma wall behind the bar functioned as an interface: a physical layer translating flavor into immediate, intuitive choices. In a high-volume bar environment, reducing cognitive load is essential. Guests shouldn’t have to analyze a menu — they should recognize, decide, and move on. Details make the world believable. From menu design to glassware, light, color and flow — every element of this activation was built to support one thing: immersion. For the launch of the new Harry Potter series by HBO Max, we translated a fictional universe into a real public space at Breitscheidplatz. What a way to start the year!! For the launch of the new Harry Potter series by HBO Max, Breitscheidplatz was transformed into a magical world — flying Dementors, a reimagined Gedächtniskirche, and an Expelliarmus spell pushing back the dark. Together with Dojo, I developed an alcohol-free magical drinks menu, designed for a large-scale public space and experienced by thousands. Concept. Execution. Experience. That’s my lane.
