Hey friends! Update from me: This Summer, after a sleep study, I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. From this condition, I have experienced symptoms including chronic fatigue, brain fog, and depression for what I believe to be 5-10 years. In July, I was prescribed a specialized CPAP called an ASV machine, which immediately made me feel like a completely different and cognitively functioning human being! I am fortunate to live in a time and place where this technology is available to me.
That being said, I wouldn't have stayed safe and sane through these years that I've suffered this condition without the love and support of my close family and friends! I am extremely grateful for you. (I'm sure you know who you are!)
Also, thank you if you've taken the time to read this far. I'm not necessarily the most outgoing, confident, or motivated person. But I love people . . . and I hope to be more and to share more of what I have to offer!
This show on Saturday, January 10th at the Big Dipper will be the first time I perform a full set of my songs as my folk/rock project Beatitude in over 5 years. I hope all of you can come!
