I can’t even begin to describe how excited, grateful and absolutely star struck I was to open the @willychavarrianewyork show last night. My entire career has been about representing my community in anyway I can and using my platform to advocate for a space for us. Willy has not only done the same but given me the opportunity to share in his own movement. Willy has highlighted parts of my culture that I’ve held so dear to me and turned it into something for the world to hold and appreciate. Thank you endlessly Willy. Not only for what you’ve done for me but for our community. Not only representing Mexico but LA too and all the little first gen kids with big dreams 🇲🇽This is many dreams come true for me all at once.
