It’s been 7 years since I wrote proper “songs” with my ex band @ofeliadorme and 1 year since the debut of the experimental duo @bonoburattini This is my first solo album, recorded in the eighth month of pregnancy in killer heat (how was that D. F. Wallace book? “A Supposedly Fun Thing I’ll Never Do Again”) with the help of a bunch of wonderful people. ‘𝙊𝙧𝙖 𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙤 𝙪𝙣 𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙤’ è il nostro secondo album ed esce oggi in digitale (e a breve in vinile). Ci abbiamo lavorato per due anni, sia nelle nostre teste che in sala prove che a casa nell’home-studio con gli strumenti che avevamo a disposizione, con un lungo lavoro di ascolto, pre-produzione ed editing delle tante idee che avevamo appuntato e registrato. Un ringraziamento immenso va a tutte le persone preziose che hanno reso possibile questo capitolo per noi importante, in particolare Gianluca Turrini e Lorenzo Bini che hanno registrato le prime batterie, @donadello che oltre a produrre, registrare, mixare e masterizzare, ci ha anche immortalate tra Bologna, Forlì e Berlino con il suo obiettivo - queste foto sono firmate da lui (tranne l’ultima) - e @marcellopetruzzi , che un pomeriggio si è trovato nella stessa stanza dove stavamo ascoltando un brano commentando che ci voleva un basso ed è stato assoldato subito e messo a registrare all’istante. Un arduo compito è toccato pure ad Antonietta Dicorato (@mediamorphose ) che in poco tempo ha dovuto tradurre in immagini per il disco quel che cercavamo di spiegare a parole, ed è stata magica.
