just finished my technical outdoor cap with ear protection. made some pictures while testing it on the completely frozen müggelsee.
made of 115 g/qm supplex nylon and sherpa fleece. adjustable with a drawstring.
traced the pattern of my roa cap and after a few adjustments, 4 prototypes, and a lot of pain because of the visor, it was done.
not perfect, but it works. it will keep my head warm on my belgium trip in march. and damn, it’s so satisfying to make your own gear (#myog).
