Customer brought some weld in baffles along with a sump that could do with a clean… Proceeded to Aqua blast inside and out to allow a nice and clean surface to weld the baffles to.
It’s now back on his engine and doing what it should be doing. - customer was super happy.

This Evo came In for a new oil cooler and lines as the original items were leaking, as well as a #hks filter change, wheel spacers, ride height adjustment and a boost issue.
Replaced the factory stuff with ptfe AN10 line, high flow fittings and a Mocal oil cooler sat in its factory location.

TBT to the green supercharged eg.
The battery was in the boot when it came to the shop. However, the mount wasn’t exactly a mount and it was just in the way. Whipped up a new mount for that, along with the aem pump mount. Also made a washer bottle for the boot due to the charger reservoir being in its factory place now.

Another catch can for another civic. This time a smaller one for the supercharged k20. I didn’t want to drill into the bay to mount one to the body so we went for a head mounted smaller can. Still full of goods and chambers. Topped off with a k&n filter. AN 10 fittings with an AN6 drain mixed with custom made an10 ptfe lines and fittings.

Trying to de-civic a civic again. This time for the supercharged k20eg build. Customer supplied a vibrant back box and left me go to work. Swapped the 2 bolt flange for a vband on the manifold, added a flexi and went with a 3” system. Tucked as high as possible as normal.

A reel for the Mk2 Jetta manifold back system. Original made it with two box’s, but added a middle box to try and get the db’s about lower.
Paid a little respect to the standard mk2 tail pipes with some bespoke twin slash and angled exits.

Another edition of the civic build. Fitting the #rotex charger, and making everything to go with it. Oil cooler sits behind the bumper duct. Front bar has been cut and modified to allow the intercooler to sit nicely…who doesn’t love a dimple die?
Hard pipes from the throttle body and the charger, hardline charger oil lines and bespoke mounts all around. A lot of thought and time has gone into this build. It’s a good one.
