Quiet portraits right after becoming husband + wife 💌🦢
As everyone cleared the cathedral and prepared for a grand exit, we took a few moments to capture these portraits. There’s something so beautiful about the quiet after just getting married that can’t be beat.
THE party dress moment 🪩💌
Why the dress change?
Short answer, why not? Dress changes allow you curate different looks and feels for different parts of your wedding day - and it doesn’t just have to be a party dress. The short party dress is the easiest to get and the most popular option, your wedding dress is long, hot, and heavy and not practical for the dancing you want to do, hence the party dress option.
But you can take that idea a step further. Let’s say you want a big and grand wedding dress but it just isn’t practical to move and around and sit in for dinner - have a ceremony dress and do a dress change for dinner!
Overall it’s your wedding - do what you want! Whether that’s staying in your gown you fell in love with the entire day, or having multiple looks that accommodate different parts of the day (and let’s be real, playing into the fact that you ARE the moment).

Florals add so much texture into a space - I love intentional floral pieces. Lining the aisle or framing the ceremony spot, florals will always be that girl 🦢

A backyard wedding day that was made to be captured on digital + film. Despite the morning rain, the day came together to be exactly what was envisioned: timeless mixed with nostalgia.
