#BiggerThanUs to our Aztecs was reflected in the 2025-26 academic year through 100% team participation from our 17 D1 sports teams serving 1600+ hours in the community. Benefitting over 15 organizations in the San Diego area, athletes have supported families, children, the environment, and communities in need.

Thank you to our student-athletes who volunteered at the 2026 Football Spring Game. Helping facilitate the activities for kids and their families, our soccer, water polo, and volleyball players assisted them with star runs, ladder work, 5-2-5 drills, and tackling sand bags.

Jay Rudolph has demonstrated what it means to be a dedicated student-athlete. During his time as a student-athlete, Jay showed an unwavering commitment to both his sport and his academics. He earned numerous academic honors, including being a three-time Mountain West Scholar-Athlete (2021–23) and a three-time Mountain West Fall All-Academic Team selection (2020–22).
After graduating in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, Jay went on to complete a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Sacramento State. He also recently passed all four parts of the CPA exam and will be recognized in May by the Arizona Society of CPAs as a top 10 scorer in 2025.
Jay is currently working as an Audit & Assurance Assistant at Deloitte, continuing to build an impressive professional career.
Congratulations, Jay! We cannot wait to see what you accomplish next.
