« Lately I’ve been thinking about how beauty rituals are really just little ways of falling back in love with life.
My ideal ritual changes with my mood, but it almost always begins with music. Putting on a record to match the energy I’m craving that day — something slow, soulful, romantic, grounding. Music has always been a guide for me, helping me soften and go deeper within myself. Helping me feel more connected to my femininity, my inner world, the energy of the day.
I burn the
@hinu.co incense or light a beeswax candle, make a cup of coffee with collagen and hazelnut milk, then step outside to greet the flowers and let the sun touch my skin. The sun is nature’s botox when used responsibly and gives the ultimate glow.
Slow moments at home feel medicinal to me.
Then comes skincare… my favorite part. An oil cleanse with
@livinglibationsofficial Sea Buckthorn or the
@odacite Omega Cleanser, really taking my time massaging my face slowly and intentionally, waking up the skin gently. Then a nourishing mask — sometimes the
@omadcare sheet mask or even just raw honey to support healing.
I sit with my journal afterward and let myself drift a little. I’ve always loved daydreaming. Romanticizing life in the smallest ways feels like one of the greatest arts I could master. I think imagination is deeply healing. So is beauty. So is pleasure.
The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to create moments that make you feel good in your body, your home, your inner world. Being in a state of awe ✨
My personal ritual is really about deepening pleasure. Finding this part of yourself again. Reconnecting to your intuition, your softness, your soul »
