Summer to autumn in the blink of an eye, and with the change of seasons comes a new menu—and the first dusting of snow (and, of course, the return of our famous mulled wine).
It’s been an exciting few days here at Ayrburn, learning that we’ve been shortlisted for not one but three prestigious awards.
@billys.ayrburn has been listed as a finalist in the Commercial Interior – Public and Hospitality category of the @duluxaus@duluxnz Colour Awards, an award that recognises exceptional use of colour in the built environment across Australia and New Zealand.
The Ayrburn precinct as a whole has also been shortlisted in both the Heritage and Hospitality categories of the Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects @nziarchitects Southern Region.

‘Doughnuts on The Dell’ — now a staple of the Ayrburn Classic and seemingly growing in popularity year on year.

Ayrburn is open as normal all Easter, and with relaxed drinking laws now in place, it’s easier than ever to enjoy a glass of your favourite Ayrburn wine this long weekend.
Easter is just around the corner, and to celebrate, Isaac, our in-house butcher at R.M Prime Produce, is giving away all the showstoppers you need for an Easter feast to remember — with a little help from our friends at @lumina.farms

Whether you’re joining us for breakfast and coffee from 9am each morning, for a long lunch that meanders into Happy Hour (4pm–6pm, 7 days a week), a dinner of stone-baked pizza and handmade pasta, or simply popping in to take your favourites to go, you can consider the Bakehouse your familiar favourite.
It’s been a summer to remember here at Ayrburn, and Carl Cox live on the Dell is certainly hard to beat.
